Thank you for shopping with HavenChapters. This Refund Policy explains the rules that apply to purchases made through havenchapters.store, including digital e-books and the HavenChapters VIP Membership.
By purchasing a product, starting a free trial, or enrolling in the VIP Membership, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products
HavenChapters sells digital products, including e-books, guides, book bundles, and downloadable content.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed or downloaded immediately, all digital-product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available to the customer.
We do not normally provide refunds because:

You purchased the wrong product

You did not read the product description

You no longer want or need the product

You did not download or use an available product

The product did not produce a specific personal, educational, financial, or business result

You do not have compatible software or a compatible device
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that cannot legally be limited.
2. Digital-Product Issues

You did not receive your digital product

Your download link does not work

The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

You received the wrong product

You were charged more than once for the same order
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by resending the product, replacing the file, providing a working download link, or correcting the order.
A refund may be approved when:

We cannot successfully deliver the purchased product

We cannot provide a working replacement for a defective file

You received the wrong product and we cannot correct it

You were charged multiple times for the same purchase

A verified billing or technical error occurred

A refund is required by applicable law
3. Refund Request Deadline
Problems with digital-product delivery, damaged files, incorrect products, or duplicate charges should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
4. HavenChapters VIP Membership
The HavenChapters VIP Membership includes a 3-day free trial and then automatically renews at $29.99 per month until canceled by the customer.
A valid payment method is required to begin the free trial.
Unless canceled before the 3-day free trial expires, the payment method provided during enrollment will automatically be charged $29.99. The membership will then continue to renew at $29.99 every month until canceled.
5. Canceling During the Free Trial
You may cancel the VIP Membership during the 3-day free trial to avoid the first $29.99 charge.
Your cancellation must be successfully submitted before the free trial expires.
If the cancellation is submitted after the free trial has ended and the first charge has already been processed, the cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not automatically refund the completed charge.
6. VIP Membership Refunds
VIP Membership charges are generally non-refundable after they have been processed and membership access or benefits have been made available.
We generally do not provide refunds or credits because:

You forgot to cancel before the free trial ended

You forgot to cancel before a monthly renewal

You did not use the membership

You did not use all available membership benefits

You changed your mind after being charged

You canceled after the billing date

You stopped opening membership emails

You unsubscribed from marketing emails without canceling the membership
Canceling the membership stops future renewals. It does not automatically reverse a charge that was processed before the cancellation became effective.
We do not normally provide prorated refunds for partially used monthly billing periods.
7. Membership Billing Errors
A membership refund may be approved when:

You were charged more than once for the same billing period

You were charged after a previously confirmed cancellation

The amount charged was different from the agreed membership price

A verified technical or billing error occurred

The charge was not authorized by you

A refund is required by applicable law
We may request additional information to investigate the charge and verify the membership account.
8. How to Cancel the VIP Membership
You may cancel using any subscription-management option provided through your account or on our website.

Include your full name and the email address used to enroll.
Deleting an account, removing an app, unsubscribing from promotional emails, failing to use the membership, or contacting your bank does not by itself cancel the VIP Membership.
9. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase or membership charge was made without your permission, contact us immediately at support@havenchapters.store.
Please provide the charge date, charge amount, and any other information that may help us locate and investigate the transaction.
We may request identity, account, order, or payment information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim and prevent unauthorized activity.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
HavenChapters does not control processing times imposed by banks, card issuers, or payment providers.
Any access connected to a refunded product or membership may be removed after the refund is approved.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us at support@havenchapters.store before submitting a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Contacting us first does not prevent you from exercising any rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
When responding to a payment dispute, HavenChapters may provide relevant records to the payment processor or financial institution, including:

Customer communications
Fraudulent refund requests or false claims regarding properly authorized and delivered purchases may result in account restrictions or loss of access to HavenChapters services.
12. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Unless otherwise stated, discounted products, promotional purchases, and special offers are subject to the same refund rules as regularly priced products.
The use of a discount code does not create an additional right to a refund.
13. Exceptions Required by Law
This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Customers may have additional rights depending on where they live. When applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, replacement, or other remedy, HavenChapters will comply with those requirements.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes to our products, VIP Membership, billing practices, business operations, or legal obligations.
When updated, the revised policy will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
