Welcome to HavenChapters. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of havenchapters.store, including purchases of digital products and participation in the HavenChapters VIP Membership.

Throughout these Terms, “HavenChapters,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HavenChapters. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor.

By accessing our website, placing an order, starting a free trial, or enrolling in the HavenChapters VIP Membership, you agree to these Terms. Please do not use our website or services if you do not agree.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use our website and purchase our products only for lawful purposes.

You agree that you will not:

  • Use our website for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website

  • Submit false payment, billing, or account information

  • Copy, resell, upload, distribute, or share our digital products without permission

  • Use our products in a manner that violates intellectual-property laws

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer’s account

We may refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Digital Products

HavenChapters sells e-books, guides, book bundles, and other downloadable or electronically delivered products.

All products sold through our website are digital unless clearly stated otherwise. No physical product will be mailed or shipped for digital-product orders.

Digital products may be delivered through:

  • Email

  • A download link

  • A customer account

  • A digital-delivery page

  • Another electronic delivery method

You are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

3. Personal-Use License

When you purchase a HavenChapters digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the product for your own personal use.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the content or its intellectual-property rights to you.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute our products

  • Share purchased files with other people

  • Upload our products to another website or platform

  • Reproduce or republish our content

  • Claim our content as your own

  • Use our content to create competing products

  • Remove copyright notices, branding, or ownership information

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale may result in the termination of your access and possible legal action.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the displayed amount

  • You understand whether you are purchasing a one-time product or enrolling in a recurring membership

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, payment misuse, pricing errors, unauthorized activity, policy violations, or other unusual activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully completed, we will issue any refund that is required based on the circumstances and applicable law.

5. HavenChapters VIP Membership

HavenChapters may offer a recurring VIP Membership that provides members with special benefits, digital content, discounts, products, offers, or other membership features described during enrollment.

The specific benefits available may change periodically.

Three-Day Free Trial

Eligible customers who enroll in the HavenChapters VIP Membership receive a 3-day free trial, unless a different offer is clearly stated during checkout.

The free trial begins when your enrollment is successfully completed.

You will not be charged the monthly membership fee during the trial period. However, a valid payment method is required to begin the free trial.

Automatic Monthly Billing

Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged $29.99 at the end of the 3-day free trial.

After the first payment, the VIP Membership automatically renews every month at $29.99 per month until canceled.

By starting the free trial or enrolling in the VIP Membership, you expressly authorize HavenChapters and its payment processors to:

  • Store your payment method as permitted by law

  • Charge your payment method $29.99 after the free trial

  • Continue charging $29.99 every month

  • Continue the recurring charges until you cancel the membership

There is no long-term commitment. However, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.

Canceling During the Free Trial

You may cancel your VIP Membership during the 3-day free trial to prevent the first $29.99 charge.

Your cancellation request must be submitted before the trial period expires. Cancellation requests submitted after the trial ends may not prevent the first monthly payment from being processed.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your VIP Membership through any subscription-management option provided through your customer account or by emailing:

Your cancellation request should include the email address used to enroll in the membership so we can locate your subscription.

We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your account and complete the cancellation.

Effect of Cancellation

Canceling stops future monthly renewals.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, canceling after a monthly payment has already been processed will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue receiving available membership benefits until the end of that period.

Canceling your VIP Membership does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund a charge that was processed before your cancellation became effective.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, expired, invalid, or otherwise unsuccessful, we or our payment processors may attempt to process the payment again.

We may suspend or terminate your VIP Membership and membership benefits if payment cannot be completed.

You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment information current.

Membership Price Changes

We may change the VIP Membership price in the future.

Any price change will apply to future billing periods and will be communicated when required by applicable law. Continued use of the membership after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated price, where permitted by law.

You may cancel before the updated price takes effect.

Membership Refunds

Unless required by law or otherwise approved by HavenChapters, VIP Membership charges are non-refundable once the charge has been processed and membership access or benefits have been made available.

We generally do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

Customers are responsible for canceling before the end of the free trial or before their next scheduled renewal date.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be limited.

6. Digital-Product Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or made available.

Refunds may be considered when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order

  • You did not receive the product and we cannot successfully deliver it

  • The delivered file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement

  • A refund is required by applicable law

A change of mind, failure to read the product description, or failure to use or download an available product does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any approved refund will generally be returned to the original payment method.

7. Billing Disputes

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us at support@havenchapters.store so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your full name

  • Order email address

  • Order number, if available

  • Date and amount of the charge

  • A description of the issue

Submitting a fraudulent chargeback or falsely claiming that a properly authorized and delivered purchase was unauthorized may violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors and financial institutions with relevant transaction records, including order details, membership disclosures, billing authorization, delivery records, login information, download activity, cancellation records, and customer communications.

8. Product Information

We try to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and other information. However, we do not guarantee that every description or piece of website content will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

Colors, formatting, appearance, and readability may vary depending on your device, software, screen, or e-reader.

We may correct errors, update information, change prices, modify product content, or cancel orders affected by an error.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, free trials, and special pricing may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined

  • Discounts have no cash value

  • Promotions may be limited to certain customers or products

  • Promotions may be changed or ended at any time

  • Promotional offers may not apply to previous purchases

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to HavenChapters for the product or service directly related to the claim during the six months before the claim arose.

16. Indemnification

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, digital products, customer account, or VIP Membership if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse our content, or create risk for HavenChapters or other customers.

Termination does not remove payment obligations that arose before termination.

Sections relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute records will continue to apply after termination where appropriate.

By using the website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

19. Electronic Communications

By placing an order, enrolling in the VIP Membership, or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications related to:

  • Recurring payments
