This Subscription Policy explains the terms that apply to the HavenChapters VIP Membership offered through havenchapters.store.

By enrolling in the VIP Membership, starting the free trial, or providing your payment information for the membership, you agree to this Subscription Policy and authorize the recurring charges described below.

1. VIP Membership Summary

The HavenChapters VIP Membership includes:

  • A 3-day free trial

  • A recurring membership price of $29.99 per month

  • Automatic monthly renewal after the free trial

  • Continued billing until canceled by the customer

  • Access to the VIP benefits described on our website or during enrollment

A valid payment method is required to begin the free trial.

2. Three-Day Free Trial

Eligible customers who enroll in the HavenChapters VIP Membership will receive a 3-day free trial, unless a different offer is clearly displayed during enrollment.

The free trial begins immediately after your enrollment is successfully completed.

You will not be charged the monthly membership fee during the 3-day trial period. However, you must provide a valid payment method when enrolling.

Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your payment method will automatically be charged $29.99 when the 3-day free trial ends.

3. Automatic Monthly Renewal

After the free trial, the VIP Membership automatically converts into a paid monthly subscription.

Your payment method will be charged:

$29.99 per month until you cancel.

After the first monthly payment, your membership will automatically renew approximately every month on your recurring billing date.

You do not need to manually approve each monthly renewal. Your membership and recurring payments will continue until you cancel them.

4. Recurring Payment Authorization

By enrolling in the VIP Membership, you expressly authorize HavenChapters and its payment-processing providers to:

  • Store your selected payment method as permitted by law

  • Charge your payment method $29.99 after the 3-day free trial

  • Continue charging your payment method $29.99 each month

  • Process recurring payments without requiring additional approval before every charge

  • Continue monthly charges until the membership is canceled

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided during enrollment.

5. Canceling During the Free Trial

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time during the 3-day free trial.

To avoid the first $29.99 monthly charge, your cancellation must be submitted and received before the free trial expires.

If you cancel after the free trial has ended and the first monthly payment has already been processed, the cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically reverse the completed charge.

6. How to Cancel

You may cancel the HavenChapters VIP Membership through any subscription-management or cancellation option provided on our website.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used during enrollment

  • Any available order or membership number

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate and verify your subscription.

Your membership is not considered canceled until your cancellation request has been successfully submitted or confirmed.

7. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges.

If you cancel during the free trial, your trial and membership access may end immediately or at the end of the trial period.

If you cancel after a monthly payment has already been processed, your cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue receiving available VIP benefits until that billing period ends.

You will not be charged for another monthly billing period after your cancellation becomes effective.

Deleting an account, unsubscribing from marketing emails, removing an application, or failing to use the membership does not automatically cancel the subscription.

8. Membership Benefits

VIP Membership benefits may include:

  • Access to selected digital books or content

  • Member-only products

  • Special discounts

  • Promotional offers

  • Early access to certain releases

  • Other benefits described during enrollment or on our website

The specific benefits available through the VIP Membership may change periodically.

HavenChapters may add, remove, replace, or update membership benefits when reasonably necessary. Changes to benefits do not automatically cancel the subscription.

9. Membership Charges and Refunds

VIP Membership payments are generally non-refundable once they have been processed and membership access or benefits have been made available.

We generally do not provide:

  • Prorated refunds

  • Credits for partially used billing periods

  • Refunds because a customer forgot to cancel

  • Refunds because a customer did not use the membership

  • Refunds for cancellation requests submitted after a payment was processed

We may consider a refund when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period

  • A charge was processed after a confirmed cancellation

  • A charge resulted from a verified technical or billing error

  • A refund is required by applicable law

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

10. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment is declined, expired, unsuccessful, or otherwise cannot be completed, HavenChapters or its payment processors may attempt to process the payment again.

We may also:

  • Request an updated payment method

  • Temporarily suspend VIP benefits

  • Restrict membership access

  • Cancel or terminate the membership

You are responsible for keeping your payment and billing information accurate and current.

You remain responsible for authorized membership charges incurred before cancellation or termination.

11. Free-Trial Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, the 3-day free trial is intended for new and eligible VIP members.

HavenChapters may limit free trials to one per customer, account, email address, household, device, or payment method.

We may cancel a free trial or charge the applicable membership price when we reasonably determine that a customer is attempting to misuse, repeatedly obtain, or fraudulently access a promotional trial.

12. Price Changes

HavenChapters may change the VIP Membership price in the future.

Any price change will apply only to future billing periods. We will provide notice of a material price change when required by applicable law.

You may cancel your membership before the new price takes effect.

Continuing the membership after the updated price becomes effective means you agree to the updated price, where permitted by law.

13. Billing Dates

Your first monthly payment will be processed after the 3-day free trial ends.

Future payments will generally be processed on or around the same date each month. Billing dates may vary slightly because of:

  • Differences in the number of days in a month

  • Weekends or holidays

  • Payment-processing delays

  • Failed payment attempts

  • Changes made by the payment provider

A small change in the processing date does not change the recurring nature of the membership.

14. Membership Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your VIP Membership, including:

  • Enrollment confirmations

  • Free-trial information

  • Billing receipts

  • Payment-failure notices

  • Cancellation confirmations

  • Updates to membership benefits

  • Changes to pricing or subscription terms

  • Customer-support messages

These service-related communications are separate from promotional marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not cancel the VIP Membership or stop service-related membership messages.

15. Termination by HavenChapters

HavenChapters may suspend or terminate a VIP Membership when we reasonably believe that a customer has:

  • Violated this Subscription Policy or our Terms of Service

  • Used false or unauthorized payment information

  • Engaged in fraud or payment misuse

  • Shared, copied, or resold protected digital content

  • Abused discounts, trials, promotions, or membership benefits

  • Failed to complete required payments

Termination does not remove any valid payment obligations that arose before the membership was terminated.

16. Billing Questions and Disputes

Please contact HavenChapters before submitting a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

  • A description of the issue

HavenChapters may provide relevant enrollment, consent, billing, membership-access, cancellation, and communication records to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a dispute.

17. Changes to This Subscription Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy to reflect changes to our membership, benefits, billing practices, services, or legal obligations.

The updated policy will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes affecting future membership charges will be communicated when required by applicable law.
