HavenChapters primarily sells digital products, including e-books, guides, book bundles, and other downloadable content through havenchapters.store.

1. No Physical Shipping

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, all HavenChapters products are digital.

No physical books, packages, or other items will be shipped to your address. Shipping fees do not apply to digital-product purchases.

2. Digital Product Delivery

After your payment is successfully completed, your digital product may be delivered through:

  • An email containing a download link

  • A download page displayed after checkout

  • Your customer account

  • Another electronic delivery method shown during purchase

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Most digital products are delivered shortly after payment is approved.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

  • Payment-processing reviews

  • Incorrect email information

  • Email-provider delays

  • Spam or junk-mail filtering

  • Website or technical issues

  • Fraud-prevention checks

Please check your spam, junk, promotions, and other email folders if you do not immediately see your delivery email.

4. Missing Digital Orders

If you do not receive your digital product, contact us at:

  • Your order number, if available

  • The date and amount of the purchase

We will attempt to locate the order and resend the digital product or provide another working delivery method.

5. Incorrect Email Addresses

HavenChapters is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible email address entered by the customer.

If you entered the wrong email address, contact us as soon as possible. We may request order or payment information to verify the purchase before sending the product to a different email address.

6. Download Problems

If a download link does not work, expires, or provides a damaged or unreadable file, contact us at support@havenchapters.store.

We may provide:

  • A replacement download link

  • A replacement file

  • Instructions for opening the file

  • Another available delivery method

7. Device and Software Compatibility

Customers are responsible for using a device, application, or software that supports the file type provided.

Our digital products may be delivered in formats such as PDF or another format listed on the product page.

Differences in screen size, device settings, software, or e-reader applications may affect how the product appears.

8. HavenChapters VIP Membership

The HavenChapters VIP Membership is a digital subscription and does not include physical shipping unless a specific membership offer clearly states otherwise.

VIP benefits, products, discounts, or digital content may be delivered through email, a customer account, a download link, or another electronic method.

The VIP Membership includes a 3-day free trial and then renews automatically at $29.99 per month until canceled by the customer.

9. International Customers

Because our products are delivered digitally, customers may be able to purchase from different locations without physical shipping.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they are legally permitted to purchase and access the product in their location.

Currency conversion fees, bank fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by a financial institution may still apply.

10. Order Verification

HavenChapters may delay digital delivery when reasonably necessary to verify a payment, investigate suspected fraud, or protect customers and our business.

We may request additional information before completing delivery.

11. Physical Products

If HavenChapters offers a physical product in the future, the product page or a separate shipping policy will explain the applicable:

  • Tracking details

  • Shipping restrictions

This policy does not create a physical shipping obligation for products identified as digital.
